By downloading, installing, or using SameSide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

SameSide is a couples' “mental load” app developed by One4Studio. It guides you through a deck of household tasks to produce a shareable report showing how responsibilities are divided, and offers additional features such as task handoffs, reminders, a weekly reset, and partner sync.

Informational Purpose

SameSide is an organizational and conversation tool for general informational purposes only. It does not provide relationship, psychological, legal, or professional advice, and its reports are not an assessment of any person. How you use the results in your relationship is entirely up to you.

SameSide Pro

Some features require a SameSide Pro purchase.

  • Purchases and subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and managed with RevenueCat.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • A lifetime purchase, where offered, is a one-time purchase that does not renew.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SameSide only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or extract the app's content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass in-app purchases or access controls
  • Use the app in any way that could harm the service or other users

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its bundled content are owned by One4Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. The data you enter remains yours.

Third-Party Services

SameSide relies on services from Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat for purchase management. Your use of those features is also subject to those companies' terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One4Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SameSide.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
