Description of Service

ZodiaCat is an astrology and horoscope entertainment app developed by One4Studio. It delivers AI-generated, comedic horoscopes, tarot readings, compatibility readings, birth-chart readings, and daily “cosmic weather,” presented by a cat mascot, along with shareable cards.

ZodiaCat is provided strictly for entertainment and amusement purposes. Its horoscopes, tarot readings, astrology, and other content are not factual, scientific, or professional advice of any kind.

  • The content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice, and must not be relied on for any real-life decision.
  • Readings are written in a humorous, playful, “roast” style and are fictional. They do not predict the future and are not statements of fact about you or anyone else.
  • If you need advice on any important matter, please consult a qualified professional.

AI-Generated Content

Readings are generated automatically by AI and may be inaccurate, nonsensical, repetitive, or unexpected. Content is generated fresh and may differ each time. We do not review individual readings and are not responsible for their content.

Eligibility

ZodiaCat is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

ZodiaCat Premium

Some features require a ZodiaCat Premium purchase.

  • Purchases and subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and managed with RevenueCat.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZodiaCat only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or extract the app's content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass in-app purchases or access controls
  • Attempt to misuse the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content
  • Use the app in any way that could harm the service or other users

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, its mascot, and its content are owned by One4Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. Cards you generate are for your personal, non-commercial use.

Third-Party Services

ZodiaCat relies on services from Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), RevenueCat (purchase management), Supabase (backend), and the AI providers Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude). Your use of those features is also subject to those companies' terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One4Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, ZodiaCat, or from any reliance on its content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
