By downloading, installing, or using HypeNight, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

HypeNight is a party games app developed by One4Studio that provides a collection of social games including Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever, Would You Rather, Trivia, Charades, and more. The app supports local and online multiplayer gameplay.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for its intended purpose as a party game
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
  • Not use the multiplayer features to harass, abuse, or harm other players
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the app's services or servers
  • Not use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

In-App Purchases

  • HypeNight offers a one-time "HypeNight Pro" purchase that unlocks all games, categories, and questions
  • This is a non-consumable, lifetime purchase — you pay once and keep access forever
  • Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies
  • You can restore your purchase on any device using the same Apple ID

Content

All game content including questions, prompts, and challenges are created by One4Studio. We reserve all rights to our content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content outside of the app without prior written permission.

Multiplayer Features

  • Multiplayer sessions are temporary and data is not permanently stored
  • Player names displayed during multiplayer are user-provided and are the responsibility of the user
  • We are not responsible for interactions between players during multiplayer sessions
  • We reserve the right to disable multiplayer features at any time without notice

Intellectual Property

The HypeNight name, logo, design, and all content within the app are the intellectual property of One4Studio. All rights reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

HypeNight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One4Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages from multiplayer interactions, loss of data, or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
