Habits that add years

Most habit apps track everything. Zuva tracks what matters — the small daily habits research links to a longer, healthier life — and shows your biological age moving because of them.

What Zuva does

Built on science, not willpower — a protocol that introduces habits at a pace you can actually keep, with a coach that notices when you don’t.

🧬

Your biological age, front and centre

Zuva Age estimates your biological age from your habits and Apple Health data — and shows it improving as you stay consistent. Progress you can feel, and a number you can watch move.

📅

A 4-week protocol, not a blank slate

Morning sunlight, daily movement, an earlier last meal, a consistent sleep schedule — a few habits at a time. You unlock the next week by being consistent, not by rushing ahead. After week 4 the protocol adapts to you.

🤖

An AI coach that knows your day

Ask anything about your protocol, your sleep or your streak. The coach answers with your real data in front of it, and checks in weekly with what worked and what to fix.

Habits that verify themselves

Connect Apple Health and Zuva confirms your steps, workouts, sleep and mindful minutes automatically. Less tapping, more living — plus Home Screen widgets and an Apple Watch app.

🌙

Wind down instead of doomscroll

Evening wind-down mode and app blocking protect your sleep from your phone. There's a fasting timer with a Live Activity, streaks, badges and 30-day challenges to keep momentum.

🔒

Your health data stays yours

No health data leaves your device except what the coach needs to answer you. Everything syncs privately through your own iCloud — there is no personal profile on our servers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Zuva a medical device?

No. Zuva is a wellness and habit-tracking product. Zuva Age is an estimate derived from your habits and Apple Health data — it is not a clinical or laboratory biological age measurement, and Zuva does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always talk to your doctor about health decisions.

What does the biological age number actually measure?

Zuva Age combines the consistency of your longevity habits with signals from Apple Health such as sleep, activity and heart rate. It is designed to show direction and progress over time rather than to be a precise medical figure, so treat it as feedback on your habits, not as a diagnosis.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Zuva works with whatever Apple Health already has on your iPhone, and you can log habits manually. If you do have an Apple Watch, Zuva includes a Watch app and verifies your steps, workouts, sleep and mindful minutes automatically.

Is Zuva free?

The first protocol week is free, forever. Zuva Pro unlocks the full protocol, the AI coach, biological age tracking, app blocking, challenges and more. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

Where is my data stored?

Your habits, journal and health data are stored on your device and sync privately through your own iCloud account. When you use the AI coach, only the context needed to answer your question is sent through a secure proxy — it is not kept in a personal profile on our servers, and we never sell health data.

Is there an Android version?

Zuva is on the App Store today and an Android version is in development. Email info@one4studio.com if you'd like us to let you know when it lands on Google Play.
