By downloading, installing, or using Zuva, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Zuva is a health and habit-building app developed by One4Studio. It offers a daily habit protocol, journaling, mood and progress tracking, fasting sessions, streaks and badges, insights, an AI coach, and an optional Screen Time bedtime app-blocker, along with related tools.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Zuva is a wellness and self-improvement product, not a medical device. Its content and features — including habit protocols, insights, and AI-coach suggestions — are provided for general well-being and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your diet, fasting, exercise, or sleep, especially if you have any medical condition.
  • Any references to public figures, methods, or protocols are for general informational purposes and do not imply their endorsement of or affiliation with Zuva.
  • You are responsible for your own health decisions while using the app.

AI Coach

The AI coach generates responses automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Its output is not professional medical, health, nutritional, or psychological advice. Do not rely on it for any important decision, and verify anything important with a qualified professional.

Zuva Pro Subscription

Some features require a Zuva Pro subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and managed with RevenueCat.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Zuva only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or extract the app's content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass in-app purchases, usage limits, or access controls
  • Misuse the AI coach, including attempts to generate unlawful or harmful content
  • Use the app in any way that could harm the service or other users

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its bundled content are owned by One4Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. The content you create (such as journal entries and photos) remains yours.

Third-Party Services

Zuva relies on services from Apple (App Store, iCloud, Apple Health, Screen Time), RevenueCat (subscription management), and, for the cloud AI coach, Cloudflare (secure proxy) and Google (Gemini AI). Your use of those features is also subject to those companies' terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result such as improved health, focus, or habits.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One4Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Zuva.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
