Is Pausa a medical device?
No. Pausa is a tracking and journaling tool to help you understand your own symptoms and communicate them to your doctor. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Always consult your doctor about treatment.
Where is my data stored?
Everything is stored locally on your device. There is no account and no server. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data syncs privately through your own Apple iCloud account — we never see it and never sell it.
Is it free?
Yes, the core is free forever: symptom logging, cycle tracking, reminders for one treatment and your 30-day doctor report. Pausa Pro adds pattern insights, body-signal charts, extended reports, lab tracking, unlimited treatments and CSV export, as a subscription or one-time lifetime purchase.
Does it work for surgical or medical menopause?
Yes. Pausa has a dedicated path for hysterectomy, oophorectomy, ablation or treatment-induced menopause — and it never reassigns your stage. Only you can change it.
