By downloading, installing, or using Noctura, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Noctura is a sleep, focus and relaxation app developed by One4Studio. It offers cinematic ambient scenes, mixable nature sounds, brainwave-style frequencies, generative soundscapes, sleep programs, a focus timer with optional app blocking, breathing exercises, a gentle wake-up alarm, and related tools.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Noctura is a wellness and entertainment product, not a medical device. Its content — including ambient sounds, “brainwave” frequencies (binaural and isochronic tones), generative soundscapes, breathing exercises, and sleep programs — is provided for relaxation and general well-being only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult a qualified health professional for any medical or mental-health concern, and before relying on the app if you have a condition such as epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or a heart condition.
  • Binaural and isochronic tones are not clinically proven and may not produce the described effects.
  • Do not use Noctura while driving or operating machinery, or in any situation where falling asleep or reduced attention could be dangerous.
  • Protect your hearing — keep headphone volume at a safe level.

Noctura PRO Subscription

Some features require a Noctura PRO subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Noctura only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or extract the app's sounds, videos, or other content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass in-app purchases or access controls
  • Use the app in any way that could harm the service or other users

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its bundled content are owned by One4Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Ambient sounds are licensed from Pixabay; scene videos are created for Noctura. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app, and you may not use its content outside the app.

Third-Party Services

Noctura relies on services from Apple (App Store, iCloud, Apple Health, Screen Time) and RevenueCat for subscription management. Your use of those features is also subject to those companies' terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result such as improved sleep or focus.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One4Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Noctura.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
