By downloading, installing, or using One4Widgets, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

One4Widgets is a home-screen widgets and customization app for Android, developed by One4Studio. It provides a large catalog of configurable widgets — such as clocks, weather, calendar, battery, photos, music, health, notes, to-dos, stocks, and currency — that you can add to your home screen and personalize.

One4Widgets Pro

Some widgets and features require a One4Widgets Pro purchase.

  • The Pro purchase is a one-time (lifetime) in-app purchase billed through your Google Play account and managed with RevenueCat.
  • Your Pro entitlement is verified with Google Play and may be revoked if the purchase is refunded or charged back.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with its policies.
  • Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Third-Party Data in Widgets

Some widgets display data from third-party providers — for example weather, stock quotes, and currency rates. This information is provided “as is” for convenience, may be delayed or inaccurate, and should not be relied upon for financial or other important decisions. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use One4Widgets only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or extract the app's content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass in-app purchases or access controls
  • Use the app in any way that could harm the service or other users

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its bundled content are owned by One4Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app, and you may not use its content outside the app.

Third-Party Services

One4Widgets relies on services from Google (Google Play), RevenueCat (purchase management), and third-party data providers (such as WeatherAPI.com and market-data providers). Your use of those features is also subject to those companies' terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One4Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, One4Widgets.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
