Terms of Service - SlimPix

These Terms of Service govern your use of SlimPix (Photo & Video Compressor) on iOS and Android, developed by One4Studio. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

SlimPix is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store and Google Play terms.

Compression & Your Media

  • Compression runs entirely on your device. SlimPix never uploads your photos or videos to any server.
  • By default we keep originals and write the compressed copy as a new file. Deleting the original is always an explicit, separate action confirmed via the system delete dialog.
  • We make best efforts to preserve quality at the chosen compression level, but encoding is inherently lossy. Always keep a backup of irreplaceable media before relying on any compression tool.
  • We are not liable for data loss arising from device failure, user error, or third-party photo apps. Use at your own risk.

Free Tier Limits

The free tier includes a daily quota of compressions and library actions. Quotas reset every 24 hours and may change over time. Pro users get unlimited usage.

Pro Purchases

  • Pro is unlocked by a one-time lifetime purchase or, where offered, a recurring subscription. Prices and product details are shown in-app at the point of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. We do not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds outside of the platform’s flow.
  • Pro entitlements travel with your Apple ID or Google account on the same platform. Cross-platform restoration depends on signing in with the same RevenueCat-linked identifier.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except to the extent permitted by law; (b) use the app to process content you do not own or have permission to modify; or (c) circumvent free-tier limits or in-app purchase mechanisms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SlimPix is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, One4Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

Termination

You may stop using SlimPix at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prior purchase.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app on next launch. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Novi Sad, Serbia.
