Terms of Use - Vule

By downloading, installing, or using Vule (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

One4Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vule for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

User Content

Recipes you save, meal plans you create, and inventory items you add are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of any content you create within the App.

Recipe Catalog

Vule provides a curated recipe catalog created by One4Studio. These recipes are provided for personal use within the App. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the recipe catalog content outside of the App.

Subscriptions (Vule Pro)

  • Vule Pro unlocks additional features including AI-powered recipe suggestions, advanced nutrition information, and AI translation
  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s App Store settings
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies
  • Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App before purchase

AI-Generated Content

Vule Pro may use artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions, nutritional estimates, and translations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional information or AI-generated recipes. Users with allergies or dietary restrictions should independently verify ingredient information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or authentication systems
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s services or servers

Disclaimer

Vule is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. One4Studio does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nutritional information is estimated and should not be relied upon for medical dietary decisions. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One4Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health issues arising from recipe preparation or reliance on nutritional estimates.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which One4Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
