Terms of Use - One4Home

These Terms of Use govern your use of One4Home, an Android home screen and app launcher developed by One4Studio, an independent app studio operated by Vuk Andric in Serbia. By downloading, installing, purchasing through or using One4Home, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use One4Home. If local law does not allow you to agree to these Terms independently, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you.

What One4Home Does

One4Home replaces or supplements the Android Home screen and provides app launching, layouts, folders, widgets, icon packs, themes, wallpapers, gestures, notification badges, optional weather and related personalization tools. Some features depend on Android, installed applications, widget providers, device manufacturers and external services outside One4Studio's control.

Licence to Use the App

One4Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use One4Home on Android devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms. This licence does not transfer ownership of the app, its code, design, bundled themes, icons, artwork or other content.

One4Home Pro and Purchases

  • The app may offer an automatically renewing annual One4Home Pro subscription and a lifetime One4Home Pro purchase. The exact offer, price, billing period, included features and local taxes are shown in the app before you confirm payment.
  • Annual subscriptions renew through Google Play until cancelled. You can manage or cancel them in Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewal and does not normally refund the current paid period.
  • A lifetime purchase provides access to the lifetime features described at purchase for as long as One4Home remains available and One4Studio is legally and technically able to provide them. It does not promise that every future product, service or separately priced content item will be included.
  • Priority icon-request credits are consumable digital items. They have no cash value, are not transferable and are used when a qualifying priority request is submitted. A rejected or technically failed submission will not intentionally consume a credit.
  • Purchases are processed by Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Entitlements may be suspended or revoked following a refund, chargeback, payment failure, fraud or breach of these Terms.
  • Refund requests are handled under Google Play's policies and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Themes, Icons and User Content

One4Home may provide bundled or downloadable themes, icons, wallpapers and setups. They are licensed for personal use inside One4Home unless a separate licence says otherwise. You may not extract, redistribute, resell or use that content as a competing icon, wallpaper, launcher or theme product.

You may import your own icons, images, wallpapers, layouts and themes. You retain your rights in that material and are responsible for having permission to use it. One4Studio does not claim ownership of your imported content and does not receive it unless you deliberately send it in an email, support request or export you share.

Third-Party Apps, Widgets and Services

One4Home can display and interact with apps, shortcuts, widgets, icon packs and content supplied by third parties. One4Studio does not control their behaviour, availability, data practices, compatibility or content. A third-party widget may fail, resize differently, stop updating or change after its provider updates it. Your use of those products remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Online features may rely on Google Play, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, MET Norway and other disclosed providers. Provider outages, policy changes, regional restrictions or network failures may temporarily limit those features. See the One4Home Privacy Policy for data-handling details.

Weather Disclaimer

Weather information is provided for convenient, general information and may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Do not use One4Home weather as the sole basis for safety-critical, emergency, aviation, maritime, medical or other high-risk decisions. Consult official warnings and qualified sources when conditions matter to safety.

Layouts, Backups and Data Loss

Device changes, Android updates, uninstalling, clearing app data, removing apps, changing the default launcher or third-party widget behaviour can alter or remove a Home layout. Android backup does not preserve every One4Home item, particularly device-bound widget IDs and private image files. Use One4Home's export tools for layouts or themes you need to keep. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee that every layout, backup, import or restore will be complete on every Android device.

Updates and Availability

We may add, modify, remove or replace features to improve One4Home, comply with law or platform policy, maintain security or respond to changes in Android and third-party services. We do not guarantee that the app or every online feature will be available without interruption or on every device, Android version or region.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use One4Home for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.
  • Circumvent purchases, entitlement checks, request-credit balances, security controls or service limits.
  • Copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the app or its bundled/downloadable content except where open-source or third-party licences expressly allow it.
  • Interfere with One4Studio's servers, content delivery, providers or other users, including automated scraping or excessive requests.
  • Submit icon requests or support messages containing malware, unlawful material, harassment or content you are not authorised to share.

Intellectual Property

One4Home, its original design, software, branding and One4Studio content are owned by One4Studio or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Android, Google Play and third-party app, icon and service names remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One4Home is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every third-party app or widget, or that downloadable content and weather data will always remain available. Mandatory statutory warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One4Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use One4Home, including loss of layouts, customisation data, profits or third-party content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Termination

You may stop using One4Home at any time. We may suspend access to online services or entitlements where reasonably necessary for fraud, abuse, security, legal compliance or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and lawful limitations of liability, will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as One4Home or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain on this page. We will give reasonable notice of material changes in the app or release notes where appropriate. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the app and cancel any renewing subscription before its next renewal.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without excluding the mandatory consumer protections or courts available to you under the law of your country of residence. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it directly.
