Frequently asked questions

Why do I need a custom icon pack?

Using a custom Android icon pack can enhance the look and feel of your device. You can use icon packs to replace the default icons on your home screen and app drawer with ones more appropriate for your style or preferences. Using a custom icon pack can also help to unify your device's overall look and design, making it appear more cohesive and polished.

What do I get from your packs?

All of our icon packs contain a lot of icons, wallpapers and KWGT widgets, so you get everything you need to personalize your phone how you like it. For the price of one app, you get content from three different apps.

What if I don’t like the purchased app?

Don't worry; we offer a full refund within the first 7 (seven!) days of purchasing our pack. No questions asked! But, if you're willing to wait a little longer, we update our app every week or two, so many more apps, including those you might have missed, will be covered in the future.

What launchers are supported?

Keep in mind that some default launchers doesn't support custom icon packs. We suggest you to use a custom launcher. Supported launchers are: Action Launcher; ADW Launcher; ADW ex Launcher; Apex Launcher; Go Launcher; Google Now Launcher; Holo Launcher; Holo ICS Launcher; Lawnchair; LG Home Launcher; LineageOS Launcher; Lucid Launcher; Nova Launcher; Niagara Launcher; Pixel Launcher; Posidon Launcher; Ratio launcher; Smart Launcher; Smart pro Launcher; Solo Launcher; Square Home Launcher; TSF Launcher. Other launchers can apply our icons from launcher settings.

How to send an icon request?

Open our app and click on the Request card. Check all icons you want to be themed (up to 10 apps with Free request) and send requests by pressing the Floating Send button. You will get a share screen with options on how to share requests, and you need to choose Gmail (some other mail clients like Spark, etc., have problems attaching the zip file, which is the most important part of the email). When sending an email, DO NOT delete generated zip file or change the Subject and text in the body of the email – if you do that, your request will become unusable!

My requested icons are not in the app

First and foremost, we want to thank you for your support and for sending us your requests. Please keep in mind that we have over 5000 requested icons for each pack. Because designing so many icons takes a long time, we create icons based on the highest demand. The most frequently requested apps are covered first, and so on.

What is a Premium request?

If you purchase a Premium request, your requested icons will have priority over regular, free requests, and we will create your icons first. Your icons will be available in the next or second next update, depending on the total number of Premium requests at the time. Also, there is no limit to how many icons you can request once you buy a Premium request. You can buy 1, 5, 10, or 20 icons at once, but there is no limit to how many times you can buy any of those requests; hence you can request as many icons as you wish.

What are KWGT Widgets?

KWGT widgets are widgets made in KWGT app. In order to use KWGT widgets, you need to download KWGT and KWGT Pro key from Google Play store. We include matching KWGT widgets with every icon pack we make, to add more value to our customers.
