Privacy Policy — One4Paper

Effective date: October 6, 2026

One4Paper is an RSS news reader developed by One4Studio. This policy covers the Android and iOS apps. We do not require an account, sell personal information, or use advertising trackers. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@one4studio.com.

Your paper and device storage

Your selected feeds, editions, downloaded article text and photos, saved stories, reading position, muted topics and preferences are stored on your device. One4Paper does not upload your reading history or feed list to a One4Studio server. The home screen widget uses locally stored headlines; on iOS, the app and widget share data through an app group. Source suggestions use your device's region and language settings, not GPS location. We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.

Older editions and unused article caches are removed according to the app's archive window. Saved stories remain until you remove them or clear app data. Device and operating system backup settings may retain local app data; iOS backups are managed by Apple and your device settings. Exported PDFs and files you share are separate copies that you control.

RSS feeds, article pages and images

The app connects directly to the publishers and hosting services for the feeds you choose, article pages you open and images it downloads. Those services receive normal network request information, including your IP address, requested URL and technical request headers, and may process it under their own privacy policies. If you add a private or authenticated feed URL, its credentials are sent to that feed provider when fetching the feed. Choose sources you trust. Opening a publisher's website in your browser is subject to that site's cookies and policies.

Pro purchases and RevenueCat

Google Play or Apple processes payment for the optional One4Paper Pro lifetime purchase. One4Studio does not receive your card details. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts, activate Pro, restore purchases and understand purchase performance. RevenueCat processes an app-specific anonymous user identifier, purchase history and receipts or purchase tokens, entitlement status, store country or currency, and technical app and device information. This can happen when the app checks purchase availability or entitlement status, even if you do not purchase. We do not attach your email, name, advertising identifier or reading history to RevenueCat. We have not enabled advertising integrations.

RevenueCat acts as our service provider. Purchase records may be retained to provide restoration, resolve refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. See RevenueCat's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

Translation and reading aloud

Android uses Google ML Kit for language identification and translation. Article text and translated results are processed on the device and are not sent to Google for translation. Language models may be downloaded. ML Kit also sends technical diagnostics and usage metrics to Google, including installation identifiers, device and app information, performance and error metrics, feature events, and identified or configured languages. These support operation, diagnostics and analytics. See ML Kit's privacy information.

On supported iOS versions and language pairs, translation uses Apple's system translation framework and downloaded on-device language models. Reading aloud uses your operating system's speech engine. Processing and model or voice downloads depend on your chosen engine, voices and device settings; some Android speech engines can use a network service. One4Studio does not record your voice or collect the text being read aloud.

Notifications, exports and support

Edition notifications are local and require your permission. You can turn them off in the app or device settings. Sharing a story or PDF sends it only to the destination you choose through the system share sheet. If you email support, we receive your address and the information you include, and use them to respond to your request. Avoid sending private feed credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Your choices and deletion

You can remove sources and saved stories in the app. Clear app storage on Android or delete the app on iOS to remove its local app data; operating system backups and exported files must be removed separately. To request access, correction or deletion of data held by One4Studio or our purchase service provider, email info@one4studio.com with the subject “One4Paper privacy request.” If your request concerns a purchase, include the app's support ID or store order reference so we can locate the record. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. We will honor applicable privacy rights; some transaction records must be retained for legal or fraud prevention reasons. A deletion request does not automatically request a store refund.

Security, international processing and children

Network connections made by the app use HTTPS. Local storage relies on operating system protections. Service providers may process data outside your country with the safeguards described in their policies. One4Paper is a general audience news reader, not a service directed at children under 13. Publisher content can include mature topics; parents should supervise source choices. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel when required.
