Terms of Use — One4Paper

These terms govern your use of One4Paper, an RSS reader provided by One4Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Contact us at info@one4studio.com.

Using One4Paper

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for your personal use, subject to applicable law and the rules of your app store. You must not use it to infringe others' rights, distribute unauthorized copies of publisher content, interfere with services or circumvent access restrictions. Statutory rights to interoperability and other rights that cannot be restricted by contract remain unaffected.

Publisher content

One4Paper arranges feeds you choose into readable editions. Publishers retain all rights to their articles, images and other materials. Source names and links identify the original publisher; their appearance does not imply sponsorship or a partnership with One4Studio. Headlines and excerpts come from feeds. The app attempts to format publicly accessible article text when you open a story, but availability and completeness depend on the publisher. A Pro purchase does not grant a publisher subscription or access to paywalled content. The app does not bypass publisher logins, subscriptions or other access controls.

Offline copies and PDF exports are for your own lawful use. Your use and redistribution of third-party material must comply with copyright law and the publisher's terms. One4Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of news content. Machine translations and speech output can contain errors; verify information against the original source before relying on it.

Free reading and One4Paper Pro

The core daily paper is free. The optional Pro upgrade unlocks the features described in the app's purchase screen. Pro is offered only as a one-time, non-consumable lifetime purchase. It is not an auto-renewing subscription and has no recurring charge. The final localized price, currency and applicable taxes are shown by the app store before you confirm payment.

“Lifetime” means ongoing access to Pro for the supported lifetime of the One4Paper app through the store account that purchased it. It does not promise that the app, every feature, every publisher or third-party service will exist forever. We may update functionality as technology, platform support and publisher availability change, while respecting your mandatory consumer rights. Store purchases can be restored using Restore purchases with the same store account. Android and iOS purchases belong to their respective stores; a purchase on one platform does not automatically unlock the other.

Google Play or Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies and applicable consumer law. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose Pro access. Store account access and a network connection may be needed to validate or restore a purchase. Contact support if restoration fails. Any statutory remedies or refund rights you have remain available.

Availability and your device

Fetching feeds and article pages requires internet access; downloaded content may be read offline. Translation depends on supported languages and downloaded models. Background edition delivery and notifications depend on operating system scheduling, permissions and battery settings, so an exact delivery time is not guaranteed. You are responsible for your device, connectivity and backups of files you export.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, publisher requests, purchase validation and platform services. No One4Paper account is required.

App store terms

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable Apple Media Services terms. Google Play's applicable terms govern your use of its store and payment services. These terms do not replace mandatory store terms.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the app and third-party content are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free output. One4Studio is not responsible for a publisher's content or for indirect losses arising from it, to the extent the law permits this limitation. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, liability for fraud or other mandatory rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms with a new effective date. We will give notice of material changes when required. Changes do not remove already acquired rights or applicable consumer protections. The law applicable to One4Studio governs these terms, subject to the mandatory protections and court rights available where you live. Send questions or complaints to info@one4studio.com.
